Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, it is time reserved especially for you. Life happens and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, please respect the 24 hours’ notice policy for cancellations.

  • Less than 24-hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
  • Gift Certificates will not be honored for no-shows, they will then become invalid.

Scheduling and Punctuality
Please be on time for appointments, late arrivals unfortunately will not receive their full scheduled treatment time. It is recommended to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out health forms, use restroom, or just to begin the relaxation process.
