Your appointments are very important to me, it is time reserved especially for you. Life happens and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, please respect the 24 hours’ notice policy for cancellations.
- Less than 24-hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Gift Certificates will not be honored for no-shows, they will then become invalid.
Scheduling and Punctuality
Please be on time for appointments, late arrivals unfortunately will not receive their full scheduled treatment time. It is recommended to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out health forms, use restroom, or just to begin the relaxation process.
Treatment Series Packages
Packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be shared or split. If you wish to discontinue a treatment series your balance may be used toward other services. Any product discounts included in packages will be forfeited.
Gift certificate sales are final, are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
There are no refunds issued on services rendered, series packages, or gift certificates.
- Product that has been opened is accepted as a return only in the case of a physical allergic reaction. You must take a photo of any issues you are experiencing. Please submit return request and photos by text or email within 10 days of purchase.
- Product that has not been opened must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
Your privacy will be honored at all times. Appropriate draping techniques are performed at all times. Please let me know of any level of discomfort or concerns.
Gratuities are not included within services and are left up to your discretion.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash & Checks are accepted
(All checks returned as “non-sufficient funds” will be assessed a $35.00 fee.)
